This policy explains how Go2 Software LLC (“Go2,” “we”) handles personal information across the kenfigure.com website, the free Kenfigure Tool™ (Export), and the paid Kenfigure Pro™ Service. We share personal information only with service providers who help us run the Service, under appropriate confidentiality and data-protection terms. Our subprocessors include Amazon Web Services (hosting, including Amazon Bedrock for an AI feature), Paddle (Paddle.com Market Ltd.) for payment, and our transactional email providers (currently Fastmail Pty Ltd and Forward Email LLC). We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information where required by law or to protect our rights, and in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
An optional feature uses Amazon Bedrock to help lay out diagrams. Amazon Bedrock does not use this data to train models and does not retain it.
An optional feature provides an interface into Benchling’s AI chat capabilities.
The Service is hosted in the United States. If you access it from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the US. For personal data subject to EU/UK data-protection law, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) as described in the Data Processing Addendum.
We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide the Service and for a reasonable period afterward to meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements. Configuration data copies held by the Service are transient and are removed when a subscription ends.
We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information, as summarized in our Security & Data Handling Overview.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing.
